Superb 😀 - Very friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. Very nice & clean room. 2 min walk from the underground station and 30 seconds walk to supermarket. 😞 - None

Great hotel option to stay in Munich! 😀 - Great location, spacious rooms, clean. Bathroom equipped with shampoo, conditioner and gel. The room has a balcony which is great. The hotel offers parking in the garage, however, there are also free options nearby. 😞 - While it was recommended to us by guests, we did not opt for breakfast for the 29 EUR per person price.

Superb 😀 - Hotel staff super friendly, arrived at 6am after long flight and was offered shower and luggage storage until room was ready (checked in at 2pm). Location - can’t get much closer to the U6 train and is right at the Lufthansa shuttle bus. Takes about 15mins to get to the city on train, and is a 20min walk to the English gardens 😞 - Bar/food doesn’t open in the day- but there’s a good cafe next door

The metro is close by, the service is up to the standards of every other Pullman.

A nice hotel for a short stay. 😀 - The staff were helpful when needed and the hotel was clean. 😞 - The expensive car park.

Overall I would recommend that hotel. Excellent location and nice atmosphere, very friendly staff. 😀 - Very good and quiet location at prestigious district of Munich. Nice room with comfy bed. Pet friendly policy. 😞 - SPA should be open at 2 pm on Saturday but the man responsible for that came too late. Breakfast menu can be more rich and diversified.

This is my second time this year (first time in Jan) to stay in Pullman Munich. This time round, I stayed from 23-29 August. My first night was with my cousin and we requested for a twin bed. Unfortunately, when we reached our room, it was a queen bed (formed with combining 2 single bed). We requested it to be split and we were informed that it will be done in the evening. When we went back to our hotel, it was not split and we called the receptionist.She explained that the housekeeping went up and said the bed could not be split. My cousin used to work in a hotel and he could tell that it was 2 single bed and explained that he is sure that it can be split. Marcelle, the receptionist who took our call told us that she will come up to take a look.When she came up, she realised it indeed can be split, however, she informed us that the housekeeping has left for the day (it was around 11pm) and she said that she did this before and she can help us with it. My cousin offered to help, but she said she can do it by herself as she has been trained before and professionally split our bed. We were overjoyed, because me and my cousin are of different gender and don't think it is appropriate to sleep on the same bed.Besides that, Marcelle also gave us some tips on where to go in Munich and answered some concerns and questions we had. She even prompt us to reach out to her at any time should we require help. Then, we realised that actually her shift has already ended when we asked if we are holding her back, and we realised that she actually helped us even though she has already knocked off.On my last day, she gave me a Munich magnet, and she said that each letter has a photo of the attractions in Munich and she hope that I can remember how beautiful the trip was with this magnet. I was so touched.I wanted to say, she is really a rare gem who goes extra miles for her guest. She is definitely an asset to your company and I will definitely choose to stay in pullman Munich again because of her great service!

Good experience to stay at such hotel.

We stayed for three nights as family of three adults. It was last hotel in our multi country trip and by far the best. ||I am gold Accor member and I got all benefits here: upgrade to junior suite (it was allocated prior without asking), free drinks (for all of us, not just me) and late checkout (we had late afternoon return flight). This year I was questioning whether it is worth staying loyal to Accor as these hotels often ignore elite members but Pullman Munich is playing by the rules. I really appreciated that and recommend this hotel for other elites and to everyone else as this is fantastic property.||Location is away from the centre but you are right by U6 metro and you will reach main attractions within 10 min. You can buy family day ticket for just 17 Euros at the machine. You have lovely bakery, Edeka supermarket and pharmacy virtually at the door step. DM drugstore is 15 min walk.||We had a dinner in a bar in the first night and we arrived after 10 pm and it was tasty with pleasant and prompt service.||Junior suite had mini bar included with plenty of soft drinks included.||Bathroom had a bathtub which is a bonus in German hotels.||Most rooms have balconies and opening windows. It is quiet at night. Bed is comfortable - I was waking up without usual back pain and bedding is high quality so you don’t sweat at night.||It is my pleasure to give this hotel rare five star review. They made our stay really comfortable and I am really grateful. It was my third hotel stay in Munich and by far the best! Thank you!

Balanced quality vs price 😀 - They were friendly at reception and also at the restaurant. 😞 - The pillows were not that good. Laundry service is very expensive (at least for us). On check in, They don’t explain that it’s free parking on the street every week day from 18h to 8h next day…so you end up paying 25€ for each night.

Spacious and clean rooms. Comfortable stay. 😀 - Rooms were spacious, housekeeping were friendly and attentive to requests. U-Bahn station is 2 mins walk away and there is a great supermarket right next to the hotel and a bakery. Spacious basement parking available 😞 - Breakfast was not part of the room rate and was priced excessively. Would recommend having a concierge desk at the hotel which is needed (especially for international travelers).

Exceptional 😀 - Highly recommended, the check in/out was very fast, room was ready. Very good location, the hotel is located 5 min away from the bus (coach) stop which goes to the airport and 2 min away from the underground. Room was big ( has additional table, chair and space for the customers who needs to work during their stay, it was very helpful) clean and exactly like on the pictures. Stuff were very friendly, spoke English, was always happy to help. Despite the fact that hotel was full, we did not face any delay in services during our stay, no queue in front of the elevator or in front of customer service desk. We really enjoyed our stay in Pullman. 😞 - None
